How to link Pan Card with aadhar card?

 Linking your PAN card with Aadhaar card is a straightforward process that can be done online or offline. Here's how you can do it:

First you need to check whether your Pan Card is link with adhar card or not ..here the link is provided to know the status

Online Method:

Visit the official website of the Income Tax Department of India (https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/) and click on the 'Link Aadhaar' option under the 'Quick Links' section on the left side of the page.


Enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and name as mentioned in your Aadhaar card.

Check the box if you only have the year of birth mentioned in your Aadhaar card.

Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.

Click on the 'Link Aadhaar' button.


Offline Method:

Download and fill out the Form 49A from the official website of the Income Tax Department of India (https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/Pages/form-pan.aspx).

Attach a self-attested photocopy of your Aadhaar card with the form.

Submit the form and the attached documents to the nearest PAN service center or NSDL TIN facilitation center.

Once the linking process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. It is mandatory to link your PAN card with Aadhaar card, failing which, your PAN card may become invalid.
